What We Teach
From foundational stances to advanced weapons and the roar of the lion.
Kung Fu Forms
Hand forms, weapons, conditioning, and self-defense rooted in the Yau Kung Moon system across Levels 1–4+.
Tai Chi
Adult Tai Chi for balance, breath, and internal strength — Thursdays at Lotus Tao.
Lion Dance
Join our celebrated lion dance team performing at festivals and tournaments throughout the Bay Area.
